There's two ways to rebel against God, one by being really bad, the other by being really good. All of us have rebelled and need the grace of God. God solves this problem by sending Jesus to be good for us and to give his goodness to everyone who believes in him.

God made us to love him and to love others. We become the people we were meant to be in serving others, but how does that happen and how is it a grace God gives us to reinforce our faith?

From the very beginning, God has existed in and been a part of community with Jesus and the Holy Spirit. We see in the gospel that when Jesus began his ministry, he went and found 12 guys and told them to follow him. Placing them into community. As followers of Jesus, we are brought into biblical community with God, and according to the Bible, there is no part of life that we should be doing on our own.

Leadership is important and the Bible has a lot to say about it. We looked at 1 Timothy 3 where leadership in Jesus' church is most clearly defined. Leadership is for the good of God's people and flourishing of the gospel.

The third and final part of our series in the book of Acts is called The Unstoppable Mission of God. We’ll see the gospel absolutely explode across the Roman Empire, into Asia, and even into Europe. In these chapters of Acts we’ll see persecution intensity, churches be planted, and cities be changed by the good news that Jesus has come to bring restoration, and that really does change everything. All of this will lead to us seeing how we are a part of what started in the book of Acts and will continue until Jesus comes back.

God wants to encourage us and for us to encourage one another as we gather regularly to remember Jesus’ resurrection, to celebrate communion and to hear and respond to the Word of God.

This video is about Eternal Hope - 2 Corinthians 4:16 - 5:5
There is bad news and good news in 2 Corinthians 4:16 - 5:5. The bad news: if we put our hope in this life, we are going to be disappointed because we are not going to live forever and our hope dies with us. The good news: Jesus has purchased for us an eternal hope by what he accomplished on the cross. Jesus also provides us a down-payment for the assurance of eternal hope by sealing us with the Holy Spirit.
